Kai was fantastic, from start to finish!I needed a quick repair on my bonnet latch, so I messaged the Mobile Mechanic page through Google and Kai quickly replied to my query. He was helpful and knowledgeable and managed to fit me in the next day to have a look at the problem, he had ordered the part required same day and managed to make space between appointments the following day to come and fit. He kept me updated regularly, which gave me confidence in his ability and credibility.Reasonably priced and very convenient, I will be using again and highly recommend to anybody considering mobile mechanic work.

The Mobile Mechanic completed a full service on our car on the drive which was so much more convenient than having to take it to a garage then pick it up later. my 2003 Polo is showing her age and has needed a few age related repairs. I think Kai has probably undertaken about 4 jobs now on the car, and a mini service. Each time I contact him he is polite, on time, keeps me informed on progress and always gives me a reasonable quote for the work he is doing. Added bonus is he comes to the home so I can book him in for a day I'm not at work. I genuinely feel lucky to have found a mechanic like Kai, considering how many times he has had to come and fix the car. I can guarantee I'll be using Kai as my mechanic for as long as my car keeps going.

Kai came out to Lincoln after the power steering seized on our Citroen C3 Picasso. His full diagnostics check confirmed the actual power steering unit had failed. Rather than have to buy a new one (expensive!) he recommended having the existing unit repaired and gave us the contact details of a specialist firm he uses. He then removed the unit, it was boxed up and sent for repair and was back in a few days. Kai returned to refit the unit and clear any fault codes. Job done, steering good as new! Well pleased with Kai: an honest, knowledgeable and experienced professional. I recommend him highly.
