Tyres fitted fine. Booked a suspension check for free at the same time! Told me everything was fine with the suspension however took the car to the garage next day and 3 MOT fails relating to the suspension. One broken spring which would have been visible if checked! Don’t offer something if you are not willing to do it correctly! I am now wondering whether I got the enhanced balancing I paid for too! Won’t go again I relay on honesty to ensure safety!

Car booked in at 11am Saturday to have one tyre changed .got there 15 mins early as requested nobody even started work on my car until 11.50 I finally left at 12.10 no a happy customer because I had to be somewhere at 12 o'clock.

Firstly, I phoned to enquire whether they would be able to do tracking on my vehicle, as had recently had a gearbox rebuild elsewhere, which meant the suspension had to be stripped. I was told that they should be able to do it, and I arrived for the booked appointment at 10 am, Shortly after, I was told that they would not be able to carry out the tracking, which I find really frustrating, because that was main reason that I had booked F1,as not many garages offer van tracking. To formula ones credit, I requested that they swapped my tyres front to rear, which they did carry out.I also thought that 1 hour 20 minutes was quite a long wait for 2 tyres from previous tyre changes..Now have to try elsewhere for tracking..

Visited Leicester today and rear brake pad warning came on. After being told by Kwik fit in wigston that all break pads and discs needed changing at cost of >£900, formula one technicians said only thing that needed replacing was rear break pads!Got pads replaced at cost of £118 and all within 1.5 hours!Thank you so much everyone for helping me out at such short notice.

I went for an MOT, it's a good price, I gave 3 stars because while waiting in the waiting room I saw my car come to a shuddering stop and the red collision warning light coming on in front of the steering wheel.

Very poor service from start to finish. Booked in for a while you wait MOT on my daughters car which took over 90 minutes in total whilst the technician kept leaving our car to service a car on another ramp and the manager just disappeared from the premises. No one seemed to know what was happening and when it was going to happen!.

Booked online for air con re-gas . Arrived to be told machine for re-gas broken. A call,email, or text would have been nice to avoid wasting a hour and petrol. Said they did not have my number although all contacts taken when booked online.

Use here for my MOT every year since living in the area. Brilliant service, at good prices, will keep coming back.

Would give them 0 Stars if it was an option. Car not fixed and alloys scratched. Incompetent and dishonest.Was booked in for a clutch and dual mass fly wheel. The online quote was £948, then when I called to book it in this upped to £1150, 'because the online quotes were for cheap parts'. Nevertheless they could do the job so I booked it in for a week ahead which was the first time they could do it, plenty of time for them to get the parts you would think?Dropped it off ahead of the agreed 08:30 time. Lunch time I get a call. They can't get the parts! It's stripped down and ready, but they can't do the job. So they'll call me when it was ready to collect. No call a few hours later so I call back. Still not ready. They'll call me when it was ready. So I give it a couple of more hours and turn up. My car is parked in the street and is ready, but no call. Maybe they were waiting for it to get dark so I wouldn'tsee the chips in my alloys around the hollows where the wheel nuts go in. They denied doing it saying they must have been already there. But neither of the front wheels have been taken off since the alloys were refinished. So dishonest and useless. Avoid them.
