We had an amazing experience here. I’ve eaten at Haidilao’s before but this was my first time in Birmingham. The manager, Happy, took the time after our meal to talk to us for awhile and made us feel special. Our server was also extremely helpful and very sweet, wanted us to know exacty what to do and where to get sauce etc and how to order. If you’re new to hot pot, this is a perfect place to start!

Excellent service and lots of food choices. The food comes delivered with a machine which is something I haven’t seen before. There even are some free goodies such as ice jelly, peanuts, and pickled veg. The price is reasonable and the atmosphere is great. Would come again.

We visited Haidilao for the first time today. I have to say the customer service and the staff gave 5star service from the moment we entered until we left. Thoughtful touches like aprons, plates, extra chopsticks, cutlery and hair ties are all neatly hidden away underneath your tables on draws. We ordered 4 different broths and a large selection of meats, seafood and vegetables. All of the food was a very high quality and very fresh. The whole experience at haidilao is really fun and entertaining. It’s definitely something to experience. We will definitely be returning as the food was delicious. 5stars all round.

We came across it by accident but we are so glad we did. We were greater by happy the manager she was so friendly and couldn't do enough for us. It was something completely different as you cook the food your self price wise is so reasonable oh and I love the robot trolleys. We will definitely be back

A relatively quiet and less hustling version of everyone’s favourite Chinese hotpot venue.We arrived a little late and there was a big queue in the waiting area that swiftly disappeared by the time we were seated.Whilst the food was as good as other locations in London I was disappointed with the sauce station as it was a mess. Quite literally and everything had run out when I went up. Other venues make sure everything is refilled promptly.The location is great being just outside the Bulls ring shopping centre. There is parking on level -1 that is convenient to all the restaurants in the area. Just make sure you park towards the rear of the car park opposite to where you enter by car
