Unreliable.[Response]: I don't know what information you keep in your system, but I assure you that my review is for the the correct company. I had a booking for a one off clean at 1PM yesterday (which I had paid for in advance). I was informed 5 minutes before this time that your cleaners cannot make it, and you proposed that you'd do it next week!

Bath Specialist Cleaners are outstanding. Highly trained, super efficient staff. Great communication from the managers. Fantastic ! Delighted with the company

Had the team in to do a deep clean prior to putting house on market. They did a very thorough job and the house has never been so clean.Easy to work with and have in the house. Respectful of property and possessions.Would use them again

We booked this company, tidied up in advance and waited. They didn’t come and they said we weren’t booked in. We have an email string confirming the date of cleaning. I am beyond furious. As a mother of 2 young children it’s really hard to organise anything and we tidied up before they came. They wasted our time. Completely disorganised and unprofessional. Not a good advert for this companyEdit.‘As I know’! is a patronising and untrue response from the owner. One person (J) confirmed the date and time and my husband responded to agree. The next person who responded (A) did not ask for our address and my husband filled in the ‘new quote’ form with our details which now you can’t find. A agreed to come the next day to make up for the missed appointment but now you are calling me a liar. You are unbelievable. Now J calls me up and asks me to delete the review BEFORE you have turned up the next day and you have not done one bit of cleaning for us. Don’t bother coming tomorrow.

Garry and Luke did a fantastic job of cleaning, the whole house feels brand new inside and out, every corner of the floor, from the beds to the cupboards. Really amazing work thank you so much

We used Bath Specialist Cleaning Solutions to handle all the changeover cleaning for our Airbnb flat and have been absolutely delighted with the service. We had bought a sofa from Facebook market place and was in storage for months before our house was ready to move into. We contacted Bath Specialist Cleaning Solutions once we moved in and they were able to come out the next day to give our sofa a deep clean. I was amazed at the results and the sofa looks brand new.
