So impressed with the help we received at O2, Inverness! Kyle assessed our home internet needs extremely quickly and explained how they would best be met. He was very knowledgeable and had experience of the product we ended up going for which has proved EXACTLY what we need. Excellent Customer service from Louise. I had a problem with premium rate messages that I was being charged for Louise helped me so much and managed to get me a full refund, so delighted. Also my last upgrade Louise served me nothing was too much bother the care and attention was just first class. Thankyou very much Louise I am a very happy customer.

What a ridiculous store. Called in to get a phone upgrade. Every question I asked the assistant couldn't answer and just looked at us blankly, didn't even offer to go and ask someone. Won't bother going back in.
