So pleased with my results, the whole team are so attentive and always there when you need to answer any questions after the surgery aswell as before.The hospital staff were also amazing and so friendly.When the result of my first surgery was not exactly how I had imagined, even though I still insisted I loved it, Mo did his best to listen to me and how I felt. He offered me a revision free of charge which was amazing customer service.The immediate and reassuring responses from penny helped calm my nerves 100% and Emily’s reassurance with any queries I had after surgery were amazing, nothing was ever too much trouble.I’m walking away feeling so much happier and confident in myself and I cant thank mo and the team enough for that!

I couldn’t recommend more Mr Marsh and the team at the PSG. The whole experience couldn’t have gone any smoother. I had a mastopexy in October 2023 and I am so pleased with the results. I didn’t require any pain killers during my recovery and the healing process has been amazing. The PSG provide you with 2 garments plus other things which are super helpful. If you have any worries or anything before or after your surgery the team always reply super promptly. I saw Emily who is a nurse from the PSG several times and she is also super lovely and very professional. My only regret is not booking in with them sooner.

I had a few consultations before visiting Mo at PSG after a recommendation from a a friend. From my first consultation I knew he was the surgeon I wanted. He listened to everything I wanted and was realistic with expectations. All of the girls at PSG are also amazing! The day of surgery was brilliant. No waiting around I was seen straight away Mo was outside my room waiting for me. All of the staff at the hospital were fantastic. Made me feel at ease and that really helped with the nerves. From the anaethatist to the nurses they were all brilliant. I had my old implants removed along with fat graft and an uplift. During my recovery Emily one of the nurses at PSG was there day or night to answer any of my questions and support me with everything I needed. Nothing was ever too much. The results from my surgery are absolutely amazing! I am over the moon with the results and the care I received from everyone at PSG! Mo is absolutely amazing and I can’t thank him enough for the amazing transformation he has given me! Thank you all!

Almost 2 months on from my reduction and lift and I still have to double check myself in the mirror. I can't believe it's me when I see the reflection. I have wanted this for 10 years and Dr Marsh and his amazing team looked after me from start to finish and helped me with all my many questions and concerns.If you are considering surgery, do your due diligence of course, but I can promise you, you will not regret choosing PSG.

I chose Mr Akhavani for my breast implant replacement and uplift and it has genuinely been life changing. Dr Mo Akhavani is the best surgeon I could have asked for. Even though I had seen a few other surgeons prior I had a good feeling I was going to use him as my surgeon before I had even met him and he confirmed it the moment I walked into that consultation. He made me feel comfortable and reassured from the get go. He answered all my questions, listened to what I wanted and was realistic about results. I felt confident the day of surgery knowing I was in safe and good hands, he was comforting and compassionate the whole time.Not only does Mo and his team have the best aftercare you could ask for, everyone is so lovely and reassuring! After doing extensive research looking for a plastic surgeon to fix my tummy after a previous tummy tuck 18 years ago with a different uk surgeon. I came across Mr Marsh at the Plastic surgery group andas soon as I walked into Mr Marsh's consultation room I felt at ease. I found Mr Marsh very easy to talk too, he was professional as well as extremely knowledgeable.Mr Marsh recommended for me to have a full lipoabdominoplasty again as i would get a better result due to techniques that are now available.I booked in for my surgery and was given a date around 3 months after my initial consultation.I checked into the Welbeck Hospital, the hospital staff and nurses were very friendly and made me feel at ease, they took me to my private room, The room was very clean.I then met the wonderful anaesthetist who put my mind at ease as I was feeling a little anxious about being put to sleep.Mr Marsh then came to see me, talked me through the operation did a bit of marking up on my tummy and asked if i had any questions.I walked to the theatre, met with the team and the net thing i was waking up in recovery.The care in the hospital was brilliant and pain was controlled with prescribed medication. Mr Marsh and his Anaesthetist came to see me that evening to make sure everything was okay and to let me know how surgery went, then Mr Marsh popped in the next morning before my discharge from the hospital.The 24H aftercare that i have received from TPSG has been fantastic, any small worries i had were answered and address promptly,I followed the aftercare instructions given to the letter, my recovery has been straight forward.I'm totally blown away with my results and can't stop looking in the mirror i wished i'd found Mr Marsh sooner. I'm not looking at other parts of my body to have improved :)Mr Marsh and the whole team at TPSG are amazing and highly recommend.
