Boots have failed me over & over again, no matter if it's a different location or not. A young female staff member here was very self-intitled, wanted nothing more than to argue. Please do not hire immature characters. Will never come here again, was spoken to like I was worthless. If you've had similar experiences, transfer to Lloyds. They have been only good.

Supposed to open at 8 it rarely does, staff often just chatting out of sight all of the have doctors receptionist syndrome and think they are better than you. Tried to refuse my flu jab as I'd not been getting my prescription from Boots.

Never ever answer the phone no matter what time it is or day!! Totally useless at ever getting prescriptions correct. They always leave half behind and I end up having to go back. Changing chemist as its the worst service. I have given it plenty of chances but just gets worse.

Always happy with the service, so quick and informative. Always helpful when I have questions about medication ( having health anxiety I call a fair amount) always happy to help. Best pharmacy in Colchester.

Ignorant staff. Stood waiting for several minutes while two staff didn't acknowledge my presence even though they both came to the till. Mentioned this to my partner and she said they do that all the time. Went for pain killers elsewhere.

This is a small and minimally stocked shop but as a pharmacy it’s wonderful. The staff are superb. Ignore the silly person saying about only 2 being allowed in shop when other shops allow more! Ridiculous comment. Just because others allow it doesn’t mean it’s right.I have been going to this pharmacy since it opened. I gave my repeat prescriptions sent there automatically. They are polite/caring/friendly and keen to help. I can’t fault them.
