UKDN Waterflow (LG) Limited - Birmingham

Terrible! my insurance company uses UKDN to its water bursts.On the first visit x2 workmen dig randomly around my driveway for an hour (after i told them where the water pipe ran) and then told me they were confident my water pipe ran in a certain direction which was totally incorrect, they then sat in the van for a very long time doing nothing.On the second visit, x2 other workmen came and started to digging randomly again to find the water pipe as they confirmed the first 2 workmen were incorrect, they eventually found the pipe where i told them it was.A cut and cap was done with no success, on the third visit another cut and cap was done and i was told this was the leak fixed. This was not the case as my water bill was sky high again.I rang them to tell them and they said i had to call my insurers, however i did not want their company to my property again so i arranged my own repair which was on my driveway where UKDN told me this had been repaired.i paid my insurance excess and my renewal has gone through the roof to no gain whatsoever! On top of having to arrange and pay for the repair myself!
