rang in the morning and they came in the afternoon, had a look and decided it was past its sell by date, we needed a new motor for the door and he had tried his best to program it but no good it was too old to repair, he never tried to extract money from me and said ring me if you need further helpHow much do i owe you and he said nothing sorry we could not fix it,How can you improve on that first class service

The problem arose Wednesday, I called them Wednesday evening and they came out and did the initial repair Thursday. There was a slight problem with a part so they were back Friday and job done. My garage door (up and over type) is running smoother than a Roller now.

Used this company for the first time (excuse the pun) and was impressed how Gary and his work mate came out the following day to change the lock on my Henderson up and over garage door. The job only took them 30 minutes to sort out.Gary quoted a price of £145 over the phone before coming out. I maybe could have got it done cheaper but wanted it sorting quickly which he did.You can pay by card, cash or cheque which was a nice touch and he also produced a receipt.

My mum (83) accidentally put closed an external latch on the garage not knowing what it was. Of course the door no longer opened. She called out first garages and was charged £90 for the guy to undo the latch which took 5 seconds. I was disgusted. My mum is vulnerable and forgetful. This was extortionate for a call out charge and made me very angry. When in rung the guy up he was incredibly arrogant. When I said I would take it further he said '' bring it on!."
