Had 9 doors supplied and fitted made such a difference to our house. Cliff, Val and Paul are a great team. Can't lrause then highly enough. Reasonable price and fitted quickly and efficiently.

Had 8 internal doors fitted with Simply doors who at first seemed very nice! A day before fitting I was given a call to say they have not got the door handles I wanted and if I wanted them I would have to find myself which was not an option and given I was at work I would not be able to physically go and find any! So I had to choose some others which I wasn’t 100% with but didn’t have an option as they were unsure when they would receive their order and the next fitting date was months away and I had already been waiting for so long!I had to leave my son at home on the day of fitting due to work commitments and on my return I noticed a big gap underneath one of my doors and the top of door was cut bent! I was then told the door frame was bent and it was not their fault but didn’t explain the gap underneath which was not filled with a blocker and left hollow! Kitchen door was not fitted as they came out to do measurements but still brought out the wrong size door even though I gave them correct measurements! I was then told they would have to come out another day to be fitted with a correct size door!One of my main doors downstairs had a deep cut through it to be told it was a manufacturing issue and all they could do was fill it which would leave the finish Matt when the rest of the door was pre-primed smooth finish!Or he would have to take the door off and take back with him and await a decision from Manufacturer which could take months and that would leave me without a door!I obviously didn’t want to be without a door and knew it was not a manufacturing issue! So had no option but to fill the scratch with filler which again wasn’t happy about!Having told the main owner who was the fitter these issues I was told “that he hates customers complaining about minor issues” to him it may have been minor but to me I would expect the doors to be in good condition especially when I paid over £1500 for all my doors inc fitting!Was then called by the office and I explained how I felt upset and told off in my own home by the owner/fitter as he wasn’t gap or that I told him about the deep scratch in door and the big gap in my upstairs door! I was told they lost out on a door already which they tried cutting to size but still didn’t fit but again was not my fault as they came out to do measurements themselves prior!I was told I will get a call back to put a blocker in my upstairs door as it was hollow as I had to accept as they were not willing to change the door due to it being wrongly cut to size!I was never called back and am very disappointed by this Hence my review as it’s been over a month!

We had 3 internal doors and a lock fitted to existing fire door today. The service was excellent from visiting the shop until all the work was done. I can highly recommend Simply Doors and will use them again.

Small shop opposite Manor Hospital. Good range of doors and fittings very reasonable priced. Can fit or supply only. Very friendly and helpful staff. Had several doors fitted during my house renovation and I was super pleased with the quality of the doors and the installation service. Highly recommended.
