Pretty much hit and miss. Usually store looks better during the day time ( if it would be like that all day long it would be worth 4 stars or more).- you get free name badges every so often. Please Wear them. ( Especially shift managers)- evening shift manager needs training in customer service, and use of office systems as well.- today was the first time in over 6 months that shop floor looked acceptable ( after 5 pm)- usually star lines out of stock ( maybe it would be worth to make little bigger deliveries, especially on produce)- most of the staff are really nice and helpful.

Popped in on Sunday for a couple of things prices are inflated compared to the larger Tesco self-service only accept cards stood waiting to be served what are the two colleagues chatted to themselves around the corner had to shout service just to get someone's attention not likely to go in there ever again

I have been using this store to buy groceries at least 4 times a week,every day I feel abused by the cashiers ,whether it is screaming at me or making me feel stupid if thereis a problem with the self service machine. It is sad because the manager is a very nice man who understands customer care.

Decent enough convenience store kind of branch. Prices and range of stock aren't as good as the bigger supermarket on the edge of town, but at least at this one you don't run the risk of getting mown down by the staff picking the online orders.

Horrible customer service from Claire person who called herself a Manager what a bit**she is, arogant and rude. I will never visit this shop again
