Excellent customer service with a very prompt call out team if any issues arise with the bike. E bike is light and stylish and makes my commute so much more enjoyable.

After an issue with the first bike and delivery, the team went above and beyond to find a solution for me. Really enjoy my Whyte E-505, great for on and off-road use. Would highly recommend Dash Rides.

Good experience so far — the bike delivered on time, support over the phone has been really helpful. Taking one star off because they took forever to arrange the initial check up (new bikes are supposed to get one after ~1 month, and almost all manufacturers can do it for free), so I eventually had to do it myself through the manufacturer.

Hiring a bike from DASH has been a great experience from start to finish - the onboarding process was straightforward (both for employer and employee) and Tom was particularly helpful in providing plenty of advice about the range of bikes on offer. I hired a Cowboy 4 myself which has been a fantastic experience and have ridden over 200 miles on it in the first month alone. Given the upfront cost of buying an e-bike like this, being able to rent one on a monthly basis and benefit from salary sacrifice is a huge advantage.

Dash has been great. The bike was brand new in the box, easy to assemble, and customer service (Tom Young in particular) was very good. Great service that I have already recommended to many other people!

I got an offer from dash rides but then I gave up and bought a rad runner e bike. The bike I bought was stolen within 2 months.. And after losing 1400gbp I started working with Dash Rides. At least I have peace of mind when the bike is insured. I also save tax

We've been using DASH for our company for the last few months and it's fantastic. From an employer point of view it works out completely cost neutral and is easy to administer - and our employees (including me) love the e-bikes. Highly recommended - the team are very responsive and happy to help at all stages.

A full 5-star review from me!!I cannot provide enough praise for the DASH team and I'm really enjoying my Cowboy 3. The process of signing up for my company was made easier by the support of the DASH team. David the co-founder (absolute gentleman) was available on the other end of the phone or by email in the initial phase to assist with getting my company on board.I tried out the bike options and got first-hand opinions from staff that were using the different bikes already. Their advice was right on the money and I've had my Cowboy 3 for 10 weeks now.I commute 10 miles each way for 5 days a week and it's made my journey enjoyable again despite the change in weather. My journey is 10 mins quicker and the journey is easier so I'm not picking up as many colds/flu/sniffles. Now I plan on riding to work all through winter, I save money on travel and I beat the tube strikes =)Originally, I bought into a 6-month contract but that will be extended as I couldn't imagine going back to my push bike.I couldn't rate this team, company, and bike highly enough. I love what they are trying to do with their company from a mission and values perspective. I'm looking forward to watching them getting people active and moving around London for many years to come!

I hired an e-bike from DASH through my employer approximately two months ago and haven't had any issues re payment / delivery / usage of the bike so far. Good price for a top quality bike that I otherwise would not have purchased (even through cycle to work scheme!).I cannot comment on what might happen in case of a bike breaking/being stolen but based on my experiences with DASH so far I would expect them to provide good customer support in such cases.
