Kensington High Street Car Park - Saba Parking
If I could I would give this car park a 0. Kept my car there as we were attending a wedding thinking it would be safe as it was an underground car park and we were reassured it was monitored by security 24 hours a day. Our back window was broken and valuable items were taken. When I found my car in this state, there was no one there to help us and we were told by the woman who works for the car park on the electronic machine that this is a regular occurrence. Also told the next day by staff that this is normal at the car park. When we made a complaint and asked to be compensated we were told not that it was not their fault. Do not ever park here if it can be avoided. Staff are unhelpful and complaints team even worse. Do not take any responsibility. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

We parked here for a whole day on the weekend for £17.50. It’s a fair price for just outside the congestion zone. Plenty of spaces. We Pre booked through Park Bee website (no app). Just press a link on the email to open and close the barrier. Make sure your phone is handy for the entry and exit. The weekday price is £25 which is not too bad but there are others cheaper using the web site. Parking without Pre booking is dearer than above. Update 12/10/22 price for all day was still £17.50

Would give zero if I could. The ticket machine swallowed our ticket after paying and there was no number to call and no one manning the designated desk. We drove up to the barrier and the call button rang off the hook and the alternative number went to voicemail. We waited half an hour and eventually a man turned up at the desk and after much faff, and no apology he went to the machine to get our ticket instead of just letting us out. As it had been so long we were not sure if the ticket would still work and said so to the man, of course he made us take it and try it and of course the ticket didn’t work and it asked us pay again. We then had to return back to him to let us out - we were trying to get out of the car park for so long and in the end he lifted the barrier. The lack of anyone available was quite scary as we could have easily been trapped in an underground car park! Wouldn’t recommend at all.

Didn't even leave the car to open the barrier all.done from the JustPark app. Will definitely use it again when I travel to London again.

Right in the heart of Kensington. Perfect for sightseeing and the Albert hall and museums. A 2 minute walk to the nearest tube. I paid in advance for a 48 hour stay and used the ring-go parking app to come and go. Very easy. But be warned if you use the app trying to get a data signal in an underground park is tricky which made it interesting when trying to leave.

Only use if you have a dying relative that you need to rescue or other similar situation, otherwise avoid for this is the worst car park in London or maybe in England or maybe in the world. It’s extremely expensive. It’s badly designed with very tight corners. You will go on a futile hunt for the ticket pay machine. You will not be able to use RingGo as claimed at the entrance because the place is built like a WW2 Bunker and no signal gets through.

DO NOT USE This carpark!! Cars are being broken into on a weekly basis and nothing is being done to prevent this! Your £4,000pa season ticket is basically the price you pay to ''park at your own risk'' - The carpark porters only work until 8pm, whilst they are helpful they are at the mercy of their manager whom is completely unresponsive. This carpark is not secure & does not have 24hr security you'd be safer & cheaper to park on the street!!

A shambolic company. The machines are always out of order. The barriers will not raise if you have a season ticket. We were trapped for 30 minutes with a queue of people trying to exit the car park, no staff on site, and the number you press for assistance just rings continuously with no answer. The telephone number on the signs is never answered either. There is no help, you are just abandoned. It's unsafe, dirty, and the place stinks of urine. There is broken glass everywhere from cars being broken into. For £5,000 per year. Disgusting.
