My positive experience is mainly based on Dr Bankart's service and approach. A very patient, caring and experienced doctor.

Was phoning since 8:57 today my call was call forwarding conditional till 8:30 I was second in the que and told their were no more appointments left for the day call back tomorrow I'm first one to call and the last to speak to someone but doctors are nice professional and friendly

I went to see the doctor today,They don't seem to have time for anyone,but the reception staff are very helpful.

Worst service ever I’m calling from last 3 days start calling from 8:58 to 9:30 continues busy then I go to surgery and receptionist said go to walking centre. Ridiculous shame for the grange medical centre

the main problem is that unlike other surguries, its not possible to make appointment on the app, instead it will be flood calling at 9am just to slot in

Very bad service.You keep on calling and they will not answer.They will only answer when appointments are full.

Absolutely disgusting how Dr Rupert Bankart treats his patients. I have never felt so let down by a GP in my whole life, I have never even met the man, and he has removed life saving medication based on a test I had in 2017; 6 years ago, which was taken after a stay in intensive care In hospital which was caused by the reason I have the medication. He’s undermined specialists at Peterborough hospital, as well as specialists and a whole board of consultants working together in Cambridge hospital under the severe asthma team. I have SEVERE Eosinophilic Asthma and have a team that have been working towards finding the subtype for YEARS. ITS AN INSULT. Eosinophilic asthma doesn’t always behave like asthma, ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU’RE ON STEROIDS. Why do you hate me so much Dr Bankart? Why are you trying to kill me? My asthma specialists will be in contact with you, the Peterborough team and the Cambridge team. Good luck with them.

nice reception...but dangerous doctors.....a doctor that say's there is no natural remedies for inflamation.....is obiviously an IDIOT!By the way i am talking about the good doctor Dr Alemi ..... who to see me just seems more interested in his status than helping people ......this clinic seems to have a lot of doctors that from my experience, don't really know what they are doing...in fact every time i go it seems that their treatment just make the problem worst....And to me is only logic that a doctor who gives out a cure without first diagnosing the problem is a dangerous man......

Where do I start. They never answer the phone and when you do you can't have a appointment the same day or the next. I had a bad knee injury that should've been identified by the doctor for me to get a MRI scan. However the doctor in this case thought it was only knee swelling. The physiotherapist on my first session said I needed a MRI scan and this was confirmed by the specialist who he referred me to. This all took over 7 months and I still haven't had my MRI scan. All of this could of been avoided if the doctor just took an interest. I'm sick and tired of this surgery and will definitely be moving. Shocking
