UPS

Very important package due to be delivered monday to a business address - claims it was attempted at 10.10 and 'business was closed - we are in a serviced building with a concierge who starts at 8.30 am - Tuesday Same story - at 6.40 tonight (weds) was still marked out for FINAL delivery attempt/ website a shambles and I have no idea where my goods are. NEVER again.

Do not use. Will never use again. Next day delivery which is now into its fifth day! Was told it would be delivered today before 2pm. Never came. Call center is not helpful. As stated above, will never use UPS ever again.

They lose a lot of my packages and the claims process is so long it is not worth the effort. It is not worth claiming because I have never had a refund for the shipping i paid on the package they lost. So it is pointless even bothering to claim for anything.I spend hundreds per week with UPS and when it works it works great. However all too often, things get stuck or dissappear in Castle Donnington.Please do not give me the standard response here, if you want to help and provide customer service, get me the details of someone I can talk to for bulk claims / refunds. I dont have the time to fill the claim out everytime, it takes so long to fill in the claims form... which as per above, is a waste of time. I really just want someone to care when you charge me £30 and lose my parcel. Someone to take it seriously please

Ripped off in Virginia..USA. Over a thousand pounds to send a package that weighed less than 30lb. Got to ups in Edinburgh to pick it up and was quoted that it should have cost around £200 .complete rip off..my cargo damaged

An appalling sham of a courier company. How they still exist is beyond me. The tracking said it would be delivered today, and while on a work call I watched the truck drive past my house three times looking lost and confused. Suddenly the tracking shows delivery for Thursday. This isn't a hidden, rural location, but an obvious city spot with clear signage. I tried phoning their help desk and spoke to an obtuse, unhelpful and rude individual who tried to pretend that it wasn't going to be out for delivery anyway, and that the truck must have been for someone else. Nice cover story. Apparently you cannot just collect from the depot (five minutes from the house at a convenient location) but instead need to go to an 'access point', all of which are shops with no parking. And I'm sure a local shop will be happy having four car wheels sat there until I get them. I guess I should be grateful that I even got to speak to someone, even though they were as obtuse and unhelpful as it's possible to be. Unfortunately as a buyer I had no say in the courier company chosen. If I had it certainly wouldn't have been this bunch of incompetent crooks.

Delivered to wrong address and was taken way out of reach to a point that wasn't even close to the person's address. Was cheap that was good thing what helped. Got confusing on the website.

Quite possibly the worst delivery company in the UK. Their website is an utter horror show that simply never works properly. Delivery drivers are equally terrible. I’ve had multiple experiences with UPS and they are even worse than Hermes used to be.
