I used this firm through my breakdown insurance. Great service time and again (for my wife's, son's and my car over 8+ years). On the last occasion they collected my wife and car after the catalytic converter was stolen. The car was sibsequently scrapped by the insurers.Why was it so good? Excellent friendly helpful mechanic, who told us useful information about which cars are repeatedly targeted for this type of theft. This was confirmed by the Police. Result : We didn't buy another car likely to have the same issue.I am not impressed by negative reviews by people on this this site who don't use this firm over time, well done Langley Vale mechanics.

We suddenly lost power on a very dangerous blind bend on a country lane as the light was fading on a Saturday evening on a Bank holiday weekend. I telephoned Langley Vale Recovery. They said they would be there in approximately 35 minutes and were actually there in slightly less than that. Ian dealt with what was , potentially, a very dangerous situation professionally , quickly and efficiently.What's more he knew his classic Minis well; once he had recovered us home he managed to sort the problem out for us in a matter of minutes.On the basis of my experience this evening , I cannot commend Langley Vale Recovery Service and particularly Ian highly enough.

James came to my rescue yesterday evening and made everything a lot more bearable! He is a credit to the company as he did everything in his power to keep me calm and explained everything that was going on with the recovery. Thank you James, you are a true legend!! You went over and above and if (covid) times were different I would have given you a hug! I cannot commend Langley Vale Recovery Service and particularly James, highly enough.

I forget the lovely man's name, but he did have a gorgeous puppy that sat on my lap in the recovery van to take me back to Leatherhead.Fabulous service, great guy. I couldn't recommend high enough.Charlotte.

Dan was great at bringing my broken down car back to my house! Arrived quickly (even though I was stuck down a country lane) and took me back quickly. He gave some good advice and helped me understand what the problem was since as I dont know much about cars. Thank you, Dan!

James from Langely Vale was fantastic. My daughter's car wouldn't start and left us stranded. James was there within 70 minutes, got us started, diagnosed the problem and suggested we replace the battery. All in all a painless experience.

I had a 2 tyre blowout on the A3. I had contacted my breakdown service and the police had been called as I was on the road and not a layby. James stopped his recovery van to shield me from oncoming traffic, waited until the police arrived, then took me and my car to a nearby service station to wait for my breakdown service. An incredibly kind act, just looking out for a driver in need. James is a perfect example of a compassionate professional, a credit to his company.
