DO NOT STAY HERE!We were given no door codes till we were sitting outside trying to find the impossible to find door. It's not in a good neighborhood! The toilet doesn't work. The locks on the bathroom are pathetic. There isn't a manual dead bolt lock on any of the rooms. NO BED AND BREAKFAST! Never saw the owner. The place wreaked of smoke. There isn't any real reason I would stay here unless I was desperate for a place to stay, and then I would spend decent money to stay somewhere better.WIFI: don't trust it, our phones labeled it as weak security"DO NOT STAY HERE!This place is a scam or rip off

Place smells, room wasn't cleaned. Toenails, dirt, and crumbs all over the carpet. Smell of a place that had been mouldy & smoked in. Arrived to a room without curtains or blinds with a window open I guess to try and circulate air to make the smell bearable. It was either close the window to stay warm and lessen noise pollution and have a smelly place or keep it open and be freezing in a room that was still smelly. Stains and marks everywhere... Broken appliances such as TV and radiators. I wouldn’t advise staying here under any circumstances. Misleading pictures and a place that's in disrepair.Don't expect a real breakfast included " either unless your going to use a pack of rashers that was thrown in the fridge god knows when...My worst stay by far and won't be beaten as the only reason I stayed was due to how late I arrived (even at that tried to find another option)"

This is NOT a bed and breakfast although it is labelled as one , it is shared accommodation with bread and jam in the fridge that you are expected too cook yourself . the room was terrible and looked nothing like the photos I was not happy at all with what I had payed for & when asked for a refund the owner refused and has ripped me off .When I arrived at the property the radiator was being ripped off the wall from the room I was meant to stay in I had to wait in a shared kitchen for 40 mins for the radiator to be fixedThere is no air conditioning and windows in the rooms eitherI would NOT recommend to anyone at allI did not even stay the night at the property it was that bad I stayed for 1hour and left .

Nice location for the price especially the deluxe king room as the room was a comfortable size and easy to get to Liverpool city centre from location and plenty of food out let's and a few decent pubs and locals made me very welcome so definitely a good impression for me and would definitely stay their again when I spend a bank holiday weekend

Advised breakfast .. not a chance if bacon and eggs is what is called breakfast.. reported broken item in room, not even looked at the place was more like a hostel, and even that would of been better.. parking van in another road so spent most of the time awake worrying .. very noisy being at the front with the main road hole in the bath. Do not recommend. Sooner a tent in a field

The worse place I've stayed since I reported another hotel to environmental health which is now closed down. There were mice in the room so I left and slept in my car. Not safe really but a lot safe than sharing the room with mice.

The only great things I could report, would be the price and the location, which is very near to the home of football...LFC. There were bed bugs, there weren't any cups, the butter substitute was gone before bteakfast time, and there werent any knives. The curtain over my room window, was practically transparent. I tried to resolve some of the issues via text with the proprietor, but got political, rather than actual answers. Oh, the bathroom door wouldnt lock, either.

Very very cheap and cheerful little room. No. 7 brown door next door to a takeaway. Check your email for door and wifi codes. We had room number 7 upstairs. Big room with skylight. Clean, comfy bed and free parking on pavement near tiny park . Very hot showers
