Visited with a large group during the day and was put upstairs. The glass in the roof made it incredibly hot sitting in the sun and aircon didn't make an impact. Ordered food and drinks together and it took about 20 mins for drinks to arrive. Food arrived shortly after and I felt they did a great job delivering them in 2 batches for such a large group. The pizza was OK, lots of crust and coukd have done with more toppings including only a small amount of cheese

Great place, very much recommend, especially for families. After being turned away from several other restraunts due to having a toddler, Franco's fit us in within 5 mins. Lots of other children as well.The pizza was amazing, decent prices and fresh home made pizza. The staff were great, big smiles and very friendly. We will definately be back, thank you for a great experience!The pic of the empty plate shows how nice it was, not a crumb left!

Very nice pizza place! I couldn’t book a table online so we walked in the restaurant on Friday night, it was busy but no queues.We enjoyed the pizza it was huge. I personally like them because the pizza bases were thick and chewy. The customer services were great too. It is located in city centre very convenient.

A busy night, and good food and friends. Sourdough pizza was excellent as usual. I asked the ingredients of a cocktail, which the server was able to answer. I would have given 5-stars had it not been that the table we were seated at was wobbly - sorry, but it was something I remembered. Overall excellent food and service.

I had pizza Margarita today. The service was fast and good. This is not a problem. The problem is that the pizza was doughy! The pizza was thin and the smell was fresh and nice , but I felt like I was eating a dough. I was really disappointed as I love eating sourdough bread. I thought the pizza would be really good. I think there is something wrong with their sourdough or the baking. The chef needs to fix the problem. I often buy sourdough bread and notice that not every bakery can make good sourdough bread.I didn’t want cheese and ordered rocket for the topping. The charge for the rocket was £2.25. I think this is too much.I will not go again until the chef improves the dough and makes crispy pizza.

Fast and good service for a popular and bubbly lunchtime spot in the center of Leeds. Could have done with more toppings on the pizza/spread out across the whole pizza and they were a little overdone, but still very tasty. Amazing cheese cake and chocolate hazelnut cake! Loved the homemade lemonade, very refreshing!

I have to be honest: the pizza is not as good as it is in other restaurants of the same chain I have tried elsewhere in England. The pizzas were more similar to something you would get from a delivery rather than cooked in an oven a few meters from the table. The bruschetta starter was underwhelming: 7+ pounds for a slice of mushy bread covered with a burrata you might find in any supermarket felt like a rip off.Hope it improves otherwise their business will be eaten away by competitors.

We went to one of their first ‘Pizza and Paint’ events and it was lovely! Staff managed all the orders incredibly well - there were a lot of them - and we felt everything went smoothly. We were hoping for some better quality plates to paint - they were sort of treated cardboard rather than ceramic - but we understand that may not be in the budget right now! Either way the deal was really good and we had loads of fun.The pizzas were absolutely perfect - thin base but didn’t fall apart when cut or torn - and the house wine was lovely. Lots of seating. Will definitely be back!
