We were looking for a fix for our leaking rooftop gutter as the people who visited previously did a lousy quick fix which failed soon after. I found Sam's Gutters online and after a quick research, decided to go with them. Their customer service is excellent keeping me informed every step of the way and Adam, who was assigned the case, was on time, polite and did a professional job. He identified the root cause of the leak, placed the order for the part, came back with the part and fixed the leak for good! Sam's gutters cleaned the guttering at my mum's house. Mum is 83 and I needed a reliable firm. They were on time , cleaned up after the work and should me photographs of the roof with possible issues regarding maintenance. They then offered a very responsible quote for the repairs and sent the same team back how again just got on, carried out the repairs, double checked and again cleaned up behind them. Totally professional, and did a fantastic job. Will definitely use again and fully recommended.
