Wesley Gate Serviced Apartments by Hostly

Through circumstances too boring to explain, we spent 14 weeks staying in Wesley gate. In that time we tried every apartment from 1 to 6, so I can say with some authority that these are a GREAT place to stay. Lovely facilities, great kitchen and bathroom - plus a handy location to boot. 10 minutes walk from the station, 5 to the centre of town. Lovely landlords. Highly recommended.

I stayed in the Wesley Gate Serviced Apartment for 4 days and the location was perfect. All the amenities and services offered with the apartment made it very easy to settle in. I would highly recommend!!

Had a super stay at Wesley Gate, the hosts were brilliant and very responsive, the flat was sleek and modern (and even had Netflix), plus the beds were extremely comfortable - I literally had to tear my wife away when it was time to go. Would stay again!

Very good stay here, has everything we needed and good location

We stayed at Wesley Gate last week for a mini break with the kids (5 year old and a baby).Booking was extremely easy and the apartment was excellent value for what you get - a home from home which is cosy and very well appointed, with included secure parking (the latter very welcome after staying in another aparthotel in Reading that charged extra for parking and couldn't totally guarantee a spot).We asked for an apartment facing the car park as we are light sleepers (plus used to living on a very quiet country road) and had read about road noise being a potential problem. We know Reading well and that is a relatively busy road. I was up most hours of the night with the baby and we were in during the mornings, and can honestly say there was no problematic road noise - we could hear traffic but it didn't bother us or wake us up/keep us awake at all. It was no louder than anywhere in Reading would be (we used to live here so can compare).The location is great for walking into town with everything very accessible.The space was absolutely brilliant with kids and the hosts were so easy to communicate with for things like the travel cot etc. We decided not to squeeze all four of us into the bedroom in the end but for anyone wondering there is definitely room for a travel cot, double bed, and a floor bed for a child (with minor furniture moving in the room).We really loved this stay and will return for future trips.

Stayed in the apartments for 2 weeks for work. The apartments were clean, well furnished, homely and stocked with everything you'd need. The hosts were also excellent, really responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend!

Perfect Location. Our flat was right next to the highway and the street, it was quite loud during certain times. But the main issue was the ventilation, the windows cannot be opened due to security reasons, they are locked. This cuases the flat to have no oxygen, the fans inside are not good enough to ventilate, especially for 5 people. It would have been better to be able to control the lock of the windows ourselves.

Spacious apartments for relatively cheap on AirBnB. Lovely friendly host who organised everything by text.

Wesley Gate apartments are clean, modern and comfortable. All apartments are finished to the same high standard with washer dryers, dishwashers, fridge freezers and microwaves. All of them include enough cutlery and crockery for a family of 4 to live. They all have wifi and large TVs. The sofa beds are the most comfortable I have ever slept on. Towels and bedding are included. The guys who run the apartments are very quick to respond to enquiries and are happy to help with any issues that you may encounter. They are secure and safe for you to park, but close to a great little pub and only 15 minute walk from the train station. I would definitely recommend Wesley Gate to others.
