Al-Qibla Travels

This was the first time I visited both Jordan and Palestine. Alhamdulillah it was such an amazing and unique experience.The seven days were jam-packed and we were fortunate enough to see several cities in both the countries allowing us to really immerse ourselves in the Islamic history and culture of the cities - we visited many maqams/graves of the sahaba and prophets.The tour guides in both the countries were locals who had very good knowledge and were very genuine. They went out of their way to ensure we got the most out of our stay, even adding things to the itinerary which was'nt included originally.Even though it was Al Qiblas first time taking a group to Aqsa/Jordan, the leadership and organisation they had displayed felt as though they had taken many groups before.Shaykh Abul Kalam Azad was knowledgeable and led the group well. He also arranged a special session with the muazzin of Masjid Al Aqsa who visited our hotel.The hotels chosen by Al Qibla in Amman and Jerusalem were excellent with a very good buffet selection.This group has now become like a family. Many of us are still in contact with each other. inshaa'Allah I look forward to going on further trips with this big family.I would highly recommend brs/srs visit Aqsa with Al Qibla to fulfill the hadeeth of praying two rakats there. This is a special place where hundreds of years of history has still remained intact.

Alhamdulillah for Hajj 2019. The effort the team put from London and the Al Quibla staff from Saudi was 110%. The hotel was great the food was outstanding. The most amazing experience of my life time.From the time I met up with the group at the airport we where given all the guidance step by step.I cannot find any faults from any members of the staff from Al-Qibla travels all the way from Makkah to Madina. Went with Al Qibla for hajj 2019. Service and experience was really amazing alhamdulilah as Al Qibla say sabr is the most important factor to hajj and if you have that the journey is the most easiest and pleasant. I would have given them 5* only reason for a star down is on the day back to London our flight was scheduled at 1.50am but we were asked to leave our room at 12pm and had to sit in the lobby for approximately 10 hours with our luggages. Other than this no complaints alhamdulilah

I recently went to Jordan and Palestine with Al Qibla Travels and must say they provided an excellent service Alhamdulillah. The team catered to the needs of everyone and truly made us feel like family. They made sure we used our time there efficiently, we covered much more than expected. The tour guides were very informative and sincere. Even though some of us were held at the borders for a short time, the team made sure they stayed with us throughout until we passed through. I would recommend and I myself look forward to using Al Qibla Travels in the near future inshaAllah.

Al Qibla Travels did an outstanding job assisting hujjaj this year. What pleased me most was not how they handled the hujjaj but how they handled the problems of the hujjaj. When I went to them with a concern, Alhaj and his team dealt with us in a considerate and attentive way. They listened to us and provided solutions to pretty much every issue we raised. Their conduct was superb and I'll be booking with them again in sha Allah based on how graciously they handled any problems that arose.In terms of providing the service they sold, I would say they did their best. On one occasion, they even provided transport and food when that was not part of our package. When they say they will try to make things as easy for people as possible, I believe them and think their actions prove this.The hajj itself was an incredible experience that cannot be put into words. The entire Al Qibla team went above and beyond for hujjaj providing far more services than we could ask for. One member took me to the hospital when I fell ill, sat with us for hours and brought us back. He even checked up on me afterwards out of the kindness of his heart. Their service of hujjaj is exemplary, ma sha Allah. I felt well looked after and cared for.They also do ziyaarat as part of the packages and these should not be missed! Their moulanas have a wealth of knowledge which is shared during the ziyaarats and also during the taleems prior to hajj. Although these are optional, they are absolutely vital if you want to make the most out of your journey and understand the value of where you are. So kind of them to offer these options for our benefit and knowledge.As a Bengali, I felt at home because of the Bengali food and staff around me. There is a real family feel travelling with Al Qibla. The staff are so friendly and smiley so its easy to feel comfortable. They always tried to put our happiness above their own and made many sacrifices for us, especially the men who serve food at mealtimes! Would recommend Al Qibla to my nearest and dearest and will in sha Allah travel with them again.No complaints about Al Qibla and wish them every goodness!
