What a terrible company with awful customer service. We have used this company for many years now to repair our machines and although they are slow have stuck with them however recently we have had a terrible experience with them. We bought a new carpet machine which was leaking water on the first use so we returned it and they carried out a repair however the machine still continued to leak water on its second use. At this point we asked for a refund on the amount paid as we had lost any confidence in the machine. A perfectly reasonable request. The emails that then followed from their Financial Director were unbelievably rude and quite frankly in a bullying tone towards a female business owner. I can't actually believe they would forsake thousands of pounds that we would of spent with them over the next coming years for the sake of a simple refund on equipment that didn't work. They even tried to blame us for it not working even though it leaked from the first minute we used it. They are now holding some of our equipment in their unit unlawfully and as a ransom! I have never been treated so badly by a company in my 25 years of being in the cleaning industry. They have lost a customer for life.

Horrible customer service, waiting for 3 weeks for my fridge to be fixed, engineer that supposed to bring the missing part doesn’t answer the phone or messages, so I call the company to see what is going on, they said the engineer had an accident yet no one bothered to call me and tell me that no one will come, when I said repeated times that I have a 9 months old. Who stays 3 weeks without a fridge? What if I didn’t had the money to get a smaller one? Absolutely no care from the staff there. I had the worst experience, and feel very disappointed on how I have been treated. Do not recommend!!

We used Hooper Services to hire a Multiwasher for our gym floors. The team were so professional and helpful. Went out of their way to demo on our floors beforehand. Will absolutely be using again in the future!
