Oak Furnitureland

I bought bedroom furniture 10 months ago costing £672 for 2 bedside cabinets and a chest of drawers. Which I thought was expensive but worth it if it lasted. It was painted so unusual and we were reassured it would not chip.10 months later and 2 visits from their repair team and still not fixed. The units started chipping and they came and fixed it saying it was our fault but would do it as a good will gesture. Really.After a couple of months again started chipping especially around the handles. So yet again it was our fault but now have refused completely to fix the problem.I'm shocked at the after service which really doesn't exist especially when they pride themselves on the furniture being solid oak.Solid oak that chips.So disappointed and will never shop in any of their stores again.But I will keep emailing and phoning until this gets fixed.

I called in to Oak Furniture Land in Stirling recently with my Wife and our Daughter to look at furniture for her Bedroom. I loved that we could take our time and browse with no pressure applied by Staff on this and a subsequent visit while we decided which range we preferred. Our Daughter loved their Mango wood furniture which we purchased. The Sales Assistant Neil was very helpful and accommodating. So much so that we have now purchased all our Son's Bedroom furniture today. Furthermore, our older Children now want their Bedrooms done to the same quality. Very much looking forward to doing Business with David and his team in the near future. Great quality furniture and reasonably priced. So, ordered a leather sofa bed in November told it was in stock so we payed extra to choose a delivery date in December after our garage conversion was completed. All fine. However 5 days before delivery we're told we have to wait 15 weeks as there's a manufacturing issue!!!Now reading my terms and conditions it says a delivery date should not be set by the store until it is in stock therefore either they sold our sofa to someone else or they were lying as to it being in stock and now instead of having a sofa in our new room to sit on for Christmas we might just have it in time for Easter 6 months after our order date when we were told it was in stock. Shame on you, quite happy with our money but not with the truth or to be trusted apparently.

Staff are all over you until you question delivery charges and then they are willing to lose a 2k sale by not even discussing alternatives. Avoid it as you need to assemble it all yourself. As well going to ikea!!! Really unimpressed by staffs attitude.

Furniture arrived damaged for which we were offered compensation as opposed to returning furniture and reordering or getting a refund. 8 weeks later and despite numerous phone calls - many of which there appears to be no record of - , photos being sent and a identity verification done in the Stirling store , we still have no payment. Been told today that payment will be in account by Friday otherwise we will get a management call. Shocking customer service so far. Amateur company.

Store clean airy and bright. Well layed out with furniture set up in rooms by style. Member off staff was doing a bit of hoovering when we entered. Just tiding around the door area. Another staff member greeted us and was welcoming but without being pushy.Canny stand pushy.We looked round and everyone was friendly and helpful. We made some purchases smoothly.So far excellent. Will update on delivery and quality when it happens.

Kitted my whole flat out with oak furniture land products. Bed, Tv unit, nest of tables, bedside tables, lamp table, wardrobe, coffee table and chest of drawers.Don’t look at the prices and think it’s an expensive shop either cos whatever you buy from here will never need replaced. This is why when a member of staff asks if I’d like to take out an extended warranty I always refuse it. What’s the point when their stuff lasts forever anyway?

Friendly helpful staff in store, delivery guys professional and efficient. Arrived at 9. 05am on day of delivery. Satisfied customer!
