A very bad management company. 2 of the Main doors been broken for nearly 1 and half and still they can not find anyone to fix it.Rubish is gathering in hall way and they can't get people to put it in the bin shoot. It seems like no one cares

Decent place, friendly staff i must say that there is a bit of antisocial behaviour which occurs around here kids like to ruin the area and smoke weed anywhere however if grove village staff find out they do ask them to leave however i find it is still a safe place to live and park

I can't understand I live in royds close . All I can hear day in day out a stupid alarm kicking off . All the alarm in this state faulty and no one seem to bother to not use it or reported and fix it . It's ridiculous
