Manchester Performance Cars - MPC

I contacted MPC in regards to a car which had been reserved, sadly the car had sold but they managed to get me a car similar which better suited my needs. I was contacted as I asked them to keep me updated when a similar came into stock.I took the car on a test drive with no issues and they offered me a good price in part ex for my current car.I went home and sorted out insurance etc and Dave delivered the car to me in the morning and took my car at the same time, he answered all the question I had in regards to the new car.I will 100% visit again when I am in the market for another car and I will not hesitate to recommend Anyone to visit this garage to purchase a car. All the staff are very down to earth and not pushy at all.

I purchased a Mercedes E class from Manchester performance Cars and I must say I do not regret my purchase!!! The service was on point start to finish . A big shout out to the team for working so hard and making sure that customers leave with a smile . Gave me Warranty with the car and 12 monthMoT.. and to top it off even polished my alloys. So happy with my new car thank you ☺️

Top top car sale place. Brought a Golf R a month ago and have had no problems with the car. All the sale guys are lovely and friendly and make you feel real safe buying a car from them. Would definitely recommend buying from MPC and would travel again to get a next car from them. Thanks guys :-)

BEWARE OF THIS TRADERMy Nephew purchased a car from them for over £4,000 on the 29th of July, the car broke down overheating the first time he drove it. He filled it with water and 6-10 miles later it overheated again.Looking at the car it had pre existing faults as they had already replaced the water pump and oil cooler.The oil filled up with water and water had oil contamination so he could not use the car.After posting a review MPC agreed to recover the car and look at it. Now my Nephew rejected the car within 30 days of purchase and requested a refund, now they want him to pay for delivery charges of £300! Still no car no refund almost two month later. My Nephew has all his money tied up in the car and MPC don't seem to care.Dave has refused to refund any amount until all reviews are removed and I have given confirmation I will not put a review back on.I have been threatened he will refer to his legal team should I put a review back on after he refunds the car minus £300!My Nephew still cannot get to work.Very difficult to deal with when you have a problem. BEWARE!23/09/21 Update... still no refund and no communication at all. They have £4,100 and the car we have nothing28/09/21 Sent emails but MPC no are not responding to any contact about this. Please be careful using this company people!Update: Company was given a deadline before court action. They ignored the deadline but went on to refund part of the value of the car. They kept back £300 so my Nephew lost out on his car insurance and road tax plus the £300 not refunded.The court fee of £185 was also not refunded even though it was stipulated this would be claimed for if they did not respond by a given date. (Which they did not)It looks like court action is still required to claim the £300, Court fees, road tax and Insurance losses.

I was that impressed with the first vehicle I purchased from MPC and the service I received from Dave that I returned for a second car. From the moment I started to look they did t pounce on me and left me alone to browse. They did acknowledge me and just said if you want anything to give them a shout. They really are an excellent dealer and I would not hesitate using them again and again and recommending them at any time.

Avoid . Completely blanked after approaching for warranty details for a car bought less than 6 months ago with warranty apparently.
