Nicola helped us choose our wedding rings, she was extremely friendly and helpful, spent a nice amount of time with us, even in a busy day. She made sure we had what was right for us, rather than right for the shop! Even suggested a discount for us that we wouldn’t have known about otherwise. Really nice selection, too! After having nothing but issues with my original engagement ring bought from another jeweller, I just decided it would be a lot easier to buy a new ring. I was undecided on what I wanted but the girls were so lovely and patient with me while I tried them on and decided. I absolutely love my new ring and the service was amazing. Would definitely recommend

Really nice experience at H. Samuel in Livingston today. Louise helped me pick out a new chain to replace an old one and explained the details of the insurance. She also offered to give my older necklace a quick clean before I left which I really appreciated.
