After viewing an advert on Auto Trader containing a detailed video of a Peugeot 208, I contacted Vindem Autos to arrange a viewing. I received a prompt response and was able to view the car the next day. Mircea was so friendly and pleasant throughout. He showed me all aspects and features of the car explaining them thoroughly. He was honest about the car and provided me with all the relevant documents.Vindem Autos have gone above and beyond from start to finish. After my own car was damaged beyond repair, Vindem Autos have made the process of getting a new car stress free. My experience has been exceptional and cannot be faulted. I would highly recommend this business to anyone.

I'm not usually a person who completes reviews for companies as nowadays, most places are ok at best.Here at Vindem Autos however, I could not have been more impressed!Having spent almost 10yrs in the Motor Trade myself, Tony (business owner) would have even put me to shame.Never have I come across someone so dedicated to customer service before. He's polite, kind and very helpful. After a bad experience with another garage, I went to see a vehicle he was advertising. It was short notice on a Sunday but we were quite desperate to get another car. He came to meet us, addressed our concerns and got the car to us the very next day. Delivered to my home address and everything. The car had a bit of bodywork that needed repairing so he organised with the very conveniently located bodshop (located on the same site) and collected the car from my house later that week to have the work completed. At 9pm the day after, he dropped back to us.Throughout the while process, he's kept contact and done everything he said he would, really putting our minds to rest. I would 110% return to him in the future, should we have need of a car and I will certainly be spreading his name to friends and family as honestly, he deserves it.Thank you once again Tony, you've been awesome!

Vindem. I bought a nice Panda off a nice guy (Tony) who runs an ethical,fair company.Not once did I have that feeling of being ripped off. Not only did he source a car that matched our requested specs and price, he even drove over an hour outside of working hours to pick us up so we could see it. Excellent service, very genuine and straightforward. I was buying a 15 year old car and he was very honest about the (very minor) issues. I would happily recommend to anyone. The car was very well presented (I ran a valeting business for 17 years and was impressed by the standard of preparation: cleaned in all the places most people don't bother with). A really great, genuine and friendly service from Tony at Vindem Autos.I bought a car from him this week, and he was knowledgeable without being pushy, and took great pains to explain the paperwork and how the car worked on the test drive.He was honest in answering my questions, and as I'd had a problematic end to my previous vehicle, made sure I was looked after.He was able to offer a delivery service as I was local, which was fantastic.Do not expect a suited and booted salesman though - this is a hard working man who is down to earth.I recommend looking at both AutoTrader and his own website for his vehicles, and giving him a call and chatting through what you are looking for, he is sure to try and help.I love the car I bought from him and I would definitely use him again, but hopefully won't need to for a while!
