Sandeep was recommended to me by a neighbour who has used him before. I've found him to be a friendly and approachable individual who helped us make the most out of the designs suited to our needs and space available. I've have no issues and he always responds when I've contacted or left messages. I have no concerns to date and hopefully, the builders follow the designs and complete the job to specification. I will post photos of the finished article once its done!

Plan Masters were recommended to me by a friend. We found their prices very reasonable so instructed them to draw up plans for our extension. Right from their initial visit and all the way through to the finished plans, they were very good, and we could not have asked for better service.Sandeep & Mohammed are fantastic, they have done everything from start to finish for our planning permission, technical drawings and structural calculations. The quality of their work is very high. They even sorted our build over agreement for our manhole to be moved.They have been patient with all our designchanges, provided lots of advice, walked us through the process of who toengage with, when etc. and were always responsive and helpful when we havequestions both via email and phone. This is our first major project and we aredoing a loft conversion, two storey side extension and single storey rearextension and remodelling the entire house so to have this support has beeninvaluable and well worth the money.We obtained a few other quotes and Plan Masterswas the most reasonable price wise, a big plus was their well evidencedportfolio of work & experience in the area. It was a no brainer and theyreally have delivered beyond our expectations, I would recommend them to anyone!Thank you Sandeep, Mohammed and everyone at Plan Masters. Sandeep (Planmasters) was recommended to me by a relative who used his services for extensive works. From my very first contact we were very impressed and remained impressed throughout the process.We used Planmasters to help us design our two storey side extension, kitchen extension and loft conversion.This was our first time trying to build our dream home and our knowledge and experience was minimal. Throughout the process we had many questions and queries which he answered in detail. He even met the builders before work started to ensure the project detail was fully understood (I don't think a lot of architects would have done this).On producing the plans Sandeep came to my house to discuss our plans in a lot of detail. Throughout the process we made countless numbers of calls and questions and he has always made me feel comfortable and assured. Sandeep is really approachable and friendly.Not only did Planmasters design our extensions with the relevant planning applications, he also helped me with other applications like building control, structural calculations, Thames water build over agreement, etc.Sandeep is an amazing architect, very creative, experienced and friendly. I highly recommend Planmasters to anyone looking for similar services.

Absolutely disappointed! At first Mr Sandeep was very eager to help us with our project, however after we had sent the payment through we were completely ignored. I had phoned them many many times looking to speak with Mr Sandeep only to be told again and again that the message will be put forward and that’s all they can do!We had paid £1000 and only got the drawings sent to us! No applications to the council, no applications to planning authority nothing whatsoever!A complete waste of money! Please avoid this company at all costs! I have screenshots of the many calls and messages I sent you about the project and we’re just ignored!I am not sure where you applied for the planning permission but I was never informed about this! And by the way I live in Newham - so I doubt you were able to apply for planning permission in Redbridge!I never said your work is of poor quality! Your commitment and attitude to your clients is disappointing! After leaving this review, Mr Sandeep decided to message me saying that due to personal issues he was unable to respond to my phone calls and messages! I think we are all humans and have problems but a job is a job! Furthermore, I think this excuse wasn’t the best one since it was more than a year that we tried to reach you! So please look for another excuse!

When it comes to designing and planning your dream home it is always a must to have someone who understands what your trying to build and how to best achieve this in the most creative and cost effective waySandeep ( plan masters)was recommended to me by relative who used his service previously and from my very first contact we was very impressed and throughout the process did not disappointWe used Sandeep (plan master) service to help us design/ plan kitchen extension as well as build toilets and utility room on ground floor.Like many people this was our first time trying to build our dream home therefore our knowledge and experience of the process was minimal, needless to say we had many questions and queries and never did a question go unansweredSandeep went out of his way to come to my house ( not sure many would have offered this service) to discuss our plans in a lot of details and has taken countless number of calls and questions from me and has always made me feel rely approachable and friendly.Apart from helping us design our kitchen extension with the planning application, he also helped me with other relevant applications eg building control etcIn short top architect, very creative, very experienced and friendly. I would not go to or recommend anyone els for similar service without speaking to Sandeep first

I'm leaving a review based on my experience with Sandeep from Plan Masters. Highly professional, very respectful, approachable and friendly person. Advice given on outbuilding was very valuable and plans drawn were very professional. Would not hesitate to use him again for future work.

Excellent service from Sandeep. He submitted our plans for a loft extension promptly. He has been a pleasure to work with and we look forward to working with him on more projects in the future. Highly recommended, thanks Sandeep!
