ADEL DENTAL PRACTICE

I had terrible toothache that had kept me up all night. My regular dentist was not available so I called Adel Dental Practice and not only did they give me an urgent appointment they also fixed my toothache! I was not at my best as you can imagine with the pain but the receptionist was still so kind and helpful. I did of course apologise to her on my way out :). I can't say enough about how well the nurse Leigh and dentist Palbir looked after me! Maybe I'm too harsh but I took one star off because the practice is a little too far from where I live but I'm thinking it's still worth the distance!

Catherine a fantastic dentist professional caring and very skilled. Gives realistic goals, my smile much improved. I would recommend Adel Dental care unreservedly!

My mum aged 83 had a initial consultation and then treatment with Ioan, she has a fear of water and this has held her back from attending a dentist for many years , however she was in need of treatment and Ioan was very patient with her and she felt very at ease, he was so very kind and explained everything to her at every stage. She is over the moon with the results, so much so she will be having more treatment in the coming months. She found everyone so kind and helpful.

Didn't get any help but paid anyway. Many thanks, won't come back ever again.Owner is a liar, I didn't refuse anything. You just wasted my time on purpose to take the money from me and NHS, easy money for doing nothing that's the truth.

Recently just worked for them as an apprentice and the way you got treated as a member of staff was appalling I felt like I was in high school. I had a one month trial and a couple of days before my trial ended the manager (leigh) and principal (palbir) were slowly acting so fake and distance, didn’t tell me what I needed to do bearing in mind I’m still learning on the job but they wanted me to act qualified. The manager didn’t even acknowledge me at one point and started talking to me through the other apprentice that was there, how unprofessional! They told me to use one glove per patient which meant if I was touching something dirty to keep it on until the next patient comes, that’s disgusting! And defo goes against the rules and regulations in dentistry. Overall, it’s not a good place to work at and considering it’s a private practice the whole place needs renovating everything’s falling apart in

So I had an appointment to have my wisdom tooth looked at. They charged me 90 pounds for an xray! And another 20 pounds for my next appointment. They also asked me to pau another 50 pounds!!!!???So I paid 110 pounds just for an xray.This is a modern technique to empty your pockets people. Worse dental surgery ever!Becareful when you pay any money here.The receptionist will ask you for a deposit before your appointment even on the call. Please be advised this is non refundable and she won't tell you that before hand.Today I lost 110 pounds to these thief's.You don't fall for it

I was sent over here due to ringing 111 to have a tooth removed, I was seen with so much understanding of my fear of needles i almost passed out but they gave me enough time for my nerves to settle, the tooth extraction was the fastest I have had yet. Amazing experience

Amazing dental practice. Probably the best in Leeds! Great staff, treatments and flexibility in booking appointments. You won't go wrong here. One added bonus is that the internationally famous dental implant consultant Dominic O'Hooley practises here. Utterly amazing business. Wholly and unreservedly recommended. ☺️

I recently had a dental abscess issue that was painful and required me to head to A&E.Once I rang Adel dental practice, the receptionist booked me in immediately to get antibiotics and the abscess checked. I was booked in for root canal within 10days of the initial appointment . The staff were all very friendly and made my root canal experience comfortable and pain free. I’m now less nervous about future dentist appointments!
