Been attending the opticians for some years and it's always a great experience. All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, explaining everything and answering any questions. Special shout out to Jane who helped both myself and my husband select new glasses, she was so helpful! New varifocals with all the trimmings are not cheap here, but if you're on the contact lens scheme it gets softened somewhat to half price. Won't go anywhere else now. Thanks to all the team

Clare carried out the initial testing and health scan. She explained what each test was for.. She was very friendly and put me at ease. The ophthalmologist was very thorough and explained everything in detail. I felt fully informed. When it came to choosing frames Freddy was very personable and proved to be an enormous help.

Server queried why I was there when it was Boots who invited me for an eye test. Whilst conducting the test the server was carrying on a conversation with a colleague. No customer toilets. Was told you only accept payment by card (is this even legal)? That said the optician was very helpfull and thorough.

On arriving a lovely lady called Ella took me through for some tests.she made me feel at ease. I then went in to see Charlotte the optician who was amazing. She was so patient and kind as sometimes it takes me a while to absorb all the information and instructions. After the test was completed she explained everything to me even showing me the scans of my eyes. Next Amy helped me choose some frames along with my sister. Amy was also very patient and helpfull. What a great team you all are. Fantastic service. Thank you all.

The experience I’ve had wasn’t too bad, I purchased fairly basis glasses due to the price of all the glasses on offer. Some glasses looked fairly cheap on veiwing but after the lens that I needed etc this made them very expensive and the price was pushed up. I did feel very rushed at times and pressured to purchase at the time. On reflection I should have shopped around

had a lovely experience getting my contact lenses for the first time with clare and trevor, they made sure i had a smooth experience and clearly explained what to and what not to do. overall very happy.

The optician was excellent and very thorough. I waited 20 minutes after my eye exam for help with buying glasses (on my previous visits the staff were clamouring to help) in the end I gave up as I was running late.
