If there were more stars I would gladly give them.Items extremely competitively priced, exactly as described, and posted promptly.The postage charges were as cheap as anyone, in fact cheaper than everyone.The packaging was sturdy and totally appropriate for the contents.And the delivery firm delivered exactly when they said they would with the item not having a scuff anywhere on it.First class service.finally, I have to say I would far prefer a service which guaranteed a quality service like this rather than a service that promised delivery by 'Yesterday'.Surely it is better items arrive undamaged and when you expect it.

I had a collection of trains / cartridges that I sold to Hattons.Sent in pictures and received an offer a few days later that I accepted. I then received a postage label, sent them in and received the money a few days after that.Very easy pleasant transaction. Would recommend.

I have had many parcels arrive from Hattons this last 5 months as I try to build my model railway, every item I buy comes well wrapped and I get notifications about its progress you can’t ask for more.I have also had to return an item due to it being faulty not Hattons fault and they dealt with it very quickly and sent a replacement no postage cost incurred by my self.I have also spoke to them on the phone asking for advice and the person I spoke to could not be more helpful altogether a great customer service experience

I bought a second hand/pre loved Dapol N scale class 68 recently and it arrived today. It was exactly as described by Hattons. The bodyshell was in pristine condition and it runs really well. It was reasonably priced and was well packaged for its trip down under.

Not visited but I have bought online. Their service is great and have bought some 2nd hand locos from them.1 of my last purchases has had its base keeper plate repaired, badly by the previous owner, which wasn't in the description of the loco, but I will try to sort it out. Otherwise I highly recommend that you have a look at their website for used items because there's some real bargains

This is the 2nd time I have ordered from hattons always packaged well no delivery problems and the titfeild thunderbolt looks amazing I just had to order the pack as I volunteer on the railway that inspired the film the talyllyn railway in Wales the world's first perseverd railway

Wonderful service yet again. Ordered second hand kit on Friday, had a mail to say it would be delivered on Tuesday the following week. It came on Saturday. I have ordered several second hand kits from Hattons of the last couple of years. Stumbled across the fact that they sell second hand kits by accident and couldn't believe what they had in stock. Needless to say my stash is getting bigger. All was been very pleased with the state of the kits matches the descriptions exactly. Delivery has always been as stated. They also have had many kits that are hard to find or people asking stupid prices for. Thanks to all at Hattons for great service.
