Used DP Builders (Dan & Charlie) to build a single storey side extension, housing a utility room and bathroom. Very pleased with the end result. You hear a lot of horror stories about builders, but I would certainly use Dan and Charlie again & I have recommended them to friends. They are very professional with very good workmanship. They did all the work themselves except for the electrics. Always arrived on time every morning & did a full day's work.

Apologies that this review has taken a very long time but all I can say is that DP Builders (Dan and Charlie) were absolutely fantastic from the initial meeting until the very end of our house renovations. We wanted a single storey side extension and when we contacted DP Builders before 2020, I was relieved at the fact that there were no salesy pitches and a very reasonable and realistic plan of action. We were put in the diary months ahead then Covid struck. So, when they started work just after the covid era – I couldn’t believe how much work was done from Dan and his team just on the first day alone. The ground was dug up, our shed was taken down. Dan and Charlie were a pleasure to have working here. Logistics and liaising with digging teams and skip hire flowed so well. There was just no stress at all. I have had the pleasure of working and hiring many different builders for different properties over the last few years and I have only the best things to say with regards to the way DP builders work. We were informed and consulted every step of the way and unlike some builders, they were very tidy. Dustsheets and enclosures were put up, hoovers were used and during the final stage everything went according to plan.DP builders invoiced us every week and laid out exactly what had been ordered and paid for so we knew exactly what our money was covering. They reassured us and kept us in the loop every step of the way. They were really kind and considerate builders and we joked that Dan and Charlie were part of the family for about 6/7 weeks and had moved in.I can’t recommend them enough for the work they did. I felt like I could talk to them and approach them with any queries and questions any time. Our office is now in use and the extra space in the dining area is perfect for when there are a lot of family here so all in all – a complete success.
