Wymering Manor

I went as part of a Ghost hunting experience. The house is amazingly old and spooky. Its history is fascinating. Well worth seeing.

We went to ghost hunt at the Manor.its a lovely old building.we didn't find any ghosts,maybe they were down the pub.

Spent a very pleasant evening, enjoying a variety of Victorian ghost stories. Very atmospheric.

This is the oldest house in the Portsmouth area. It is a witness of times, of different owners and now trying to find its place in this era, so it can stay there for the future generations. It is a mixture of genuine features with contemporary donations of the surrounding community. Worth the visit if you're around.

Wonderful old building. Went for a paranormal evening. Lots of activity thoroughly enjoyed the experience with D S Haunts.

Went for an evening put on by the Paranormal Intelligence Gathering Service. Great old building as it's the oldest in Portsmouth with foundations dating to Saxon times.

Plenty of history and relatively easy to get too. Xmas show was good and a good tour of the venue.

Ohhhh I do love haunted houses! This is one of the most haunted in all England. Such a fun, interesting evening. Most of the guests are returns, so you know it's a legitimate quest and no table knocking. Our hosts are amazing. A must-do if you're in Portsmouth.

Portsmouth oldest house, what's its seen over the hundreds of years it's been stood there, its view around has changed but if it could talk I'm sure it would have a tale to tell, looks derelict but inside it is not, it's grounds grow a wide variety of herbs etc for witches spells, tour the building, take a ghost hunt with Paraspirts who regularly hold a night of spooky interesting nights, others events are held here experience a night where the house is living with actors dressed vintage who wonder the house who will you meet or cross paths with in dark rooms. Musuem pieces are there to view to touch. All in all its fun and interesting don't be put off from the outside its totally different inside a time from long, long ago.

Really interesting tour of the manor house. The group trying to revive the house have done a lot of work to it, and the Christmas event will hopefully help.I think it needs to be advertised a bit more really.
