Small store but has most general and popular items in stock or you could order and pick up next day.Millie has always been polite and a very helpful member of staff and is attentive towards customers. I met Mia who has been helpful with my queries. So thank you to the both of you great service keep up the good work.Thor hammer..awesome all rounder can't go wrong. Most item's on offers at really good prices...e.g. WD40 Specialist range £5.50 400ml.. can't go wrong.

I am regular customer of Screwfix and I visit different stores everyday and I always get best service but when ever I am visiting Hounslow store I am always disappointed, service is so bad because of Asian ladies here they only chit chat here and when they got there Asian customers they start talking in there own language and start talking family issues please cheak this on.

Very rude behaviour. No manners everyone seems to be angry. No customer services. Need management course for manager in order to calm her anger. I understand everyone is under pressure but training of staff is vital success for any businesses. I will wish her all the best

Jess at the counter was great. Amy supported her also very courteous. Thank you ladies for great customer service. The item was not in stock and the ladies ordered it for me and was ready for pickup the very next day. On both the encounters, Jess was friendly and professional.

The Hounslow branch has the nicest staff. They go above and beyond in helping you find what you are looking for. Duty manager Millie is so professional ,kind and provides great customer service. I always choose this store for anything I need. Always a 5* star experience. Thank you Millie and the rest of the Hounslow screw fix team :)

Friendly staff they go above and beyond for there customers and try there best to help find a product and if they don't sell it they always recommend local stores that possibly could have that product I cant thank the staff enough just to mention Kulwinder, regie, amy, magda and others. They have made this store my store of preference when shopping at screwfix thank you
