Genuinely absolutely awesome service from Neil who serviced our boiler today, from the outset of contacting Neil and having read the amazing reviews about him and the professional service he provides o can confirm they are more than justified. Neil’s communication keeping us updated about his arrival time was a refreshing change from previous trades people we have utilised, Neil arrived exactly on time and cracked on with the boiler service, more than happy to explain things whilst he was there. We have had the boiler serviced the past 5 years by others, and without a doubt Neil is head and shoulders above them and the quality of his service, professionalism and integrity was 2nd to none a rare quality. As with others it’s always a concern that we might get ripped off or the job may not be done as well as it should be, this was not the case with Neil, as can be seen from the other reviews. Furthermore the customer service by way of providing the service report and imagery of the work Neil conducted is again an excellent example of his integrity and professionalism. Had a boiler service this month, Nov 2023. Arrived on time, no hanging around waiting all day. Got to work straight away, taking photos as evidence of work done, which might be useful in case of a claim against manufacturers guarantees. Would definitely recommend, and will book again next year.

Used this Company to service my mother's boiler, booking was an easy process, Neil came out communication was brilliant to inform me when he would be at the property, he was thorough & efficient even down to after work communication to make sure everything was OK, no problems with boiler and we were happy with the work done.Very happy using them and booked Neil again to service the Gas fire, very cheap & reliable company would highly recommend.

Thank goodness for people like Neil. Boiler hadn’t been serviced for several years but the £57 quoted encouraged me to get it done. Excellent service and left no mess. Kept in touch by text and received a full report by email as soon as work was completed. Texted again to check everything was ok. Best service I have ever received from a tradesperson. Well done Neil!
