Went to Ducie Street Warehouse for New Year celebrations, the building is beautiful! The facilities have been finished to a really high standard and it was a lovely venue. It was a really good vibe too, great music and professional service. It’s a trendy place to go for drinks and/or food and would definitely visit again

Avoid avoid, these cowboys take your money and do not care. Full with incompetent people. Great at marketing, but all based on lies. Don't buy a home from them! Most positive reviews here are fake.

What a welcome and follow up we’ve had from Holly in Tempest she was a star, really helpful and accommodating always with a smile and energy to lighten the day. Tempest was the perfect location for our need, spacious room for group activities and very convenient to have a coffee/bar. Would recommend 100% !

I bought in Phoenix in 2020 after initially enquiring about crusader, I was shown round by Liz who was really helpful not only at the start of the sale but throughout the whole process to completion, she’s also been great afterwards too and always happy to bump into her when she’s around.I absolutely love it here, everything inside is finished to super high standard, the community across the 2 buildings is great and we often have socials in the courtyard.The apartment is a really good size (loads of space for my cats to run around), well insulated from heat and noise, totally can’t fault it!The location is great, everything (transport, supermarket, convenience store, taprooms) within a few minutes of your door and I can’t wait for the area to grow further (surprisingly you can’t hear the current construction).Really happy I took a bit of a gamble with Piccadilly east

As a resident in Phoenix by Capital & Centric I can honestly say I love living here in one of their East Piccadilly developments. My home in Phoenix provides a great, spacious and bright place to live and C&C have considered all the necessary needs for modern day living. When looking for a new property moving back into the city back in 2021, both Liz and Sophie were a great help at every stage of the process, Liz particularly really helped speed up the solicitors and keep them on track during the process for me as she knew how keen I was to get my move underway and kept me up to date with any developments. I often bump into Liz still around the development and we always stop to have a chat and that’s one of the many elements about how such a nice community has been built here. Capital and Centric are doing great work in this neighbourhood or redevelop it and I can’t wait to see how it changes over the coming years. I’ve met quite a few of the team at C&C and they all are always so friendly and helpful. Big thanks to Liz for looking after me and Zeus since our first viewing and also for inviting us to the puppy party when we first reserved!! I love my home and feel really settled here.

Staff have always been friendly and helpful to us and always on hand if we have anything to ask.Crusader Mill is an absolutely beautiful building converted thoughtfully and to a high standard. It’s a great community to live in and it’s fantastic to see Capital and Centric developing Piccadilly East.It’s looking great around here now and looking forward to see C&C’s further developments taking shape enhancing the local amenities.

I bought my flat within Phoenix, October 2020. It was during the pandemic and I was worried the whole process would be difficult due to organising viewings and exchanging contacts.Glad to say the process was really quick and smooth. At the end of summer I had a viewing of Phoenix with Liz, who is the head of sales at Capital and Centric. Put down a holding fee and moved in 2-3 months later.Being my first home I hadn’t had any experience dealing with mortgage advisors or solicitors. Liz helped me handle all of it. When I had issues with my solicitor processing the sale. She was always there to help and speed up the process. Every document needed was given the day it was requested.The moving in experience was really unique and special. It’s wasn’t just a welcome to Phoenix, it felt like a welcome to Manchester. They regularly give invites and share events in Manchester. The staff were quick on any snags I had and always happy to help.The design and quality of the flat is the best I’ve seen out of the properties I viewed. The whole finish feels premium.The area is great, you can easily be in the city center, Ancoats or Northern Quarter within 10 minutes.I’m exciting to see the future of Piccadilly East.

An honest review of our experience: We purchased in Crusader Mill and moved in in October 2021. When we purchased, we were told by Capital and Centric that the building was to be completed by September 2021. When we moved in, our flat was unfortunately filled with snags, some of which to this day are still unresolved.Since October 2021, one contractor has gone bust and another has been removed from site and now, December 2022, the building and communal areas are still unfinished and snagging is entirely incomplete with multiple issues present. In all my time here, I have never heard a word from either Adam or Tim despite trying to get in contact multiple times and setting up a residents forum which mostly goes unanswered when raising concerns on their “flagship” building.We love our flat and our neighbours and the community has flourished, however this has not been because of Capital and Centric and rather regardless of them.I love their vision however their delivery and completion has been subpar at best and I would unfortunately not buy from them again.
