Our first experience of the festive lantern walk. Lots of staff on hand to make sure everyone enjoyed themselves. The children got to choose a colourful lantern to take with them along the walk which I thought was a lovely touch. The theme was about seeds growing as the lanterns were shaped and developed into flowers and leaves.I loved the picture show which was screened on a tree. The tree went through the seasons and was incredible to watch.A wonderful experience to do no matter what your age!

Great place. Little difficult when using public transport as bus is quite less in frequency. Do plan your travels accordingly..

Last night of their Glow Wild event. Gardens looked fantastic lit by thousands of decorated lanterns. Was worth the visit.

Visited the Glow Wild attraction for the first time. Liked the concept and thought that some of the displays were fantastic, the moon and the stars section was particularly effective. It was a cold night which made it feel more festive. My daughter loved the Christmas tree, which I understand is the largest lit tree in the UK.

Nice place to walk around, but there is no picnic area close to the car park. Older people would have to carry food etc a long way. We left and went to Sheffield Park which is about 15 mins away to have our picnic.

Glow Wild held annually from late November until early January at Wakehurst is highly recommended but don't forget to wrap up warm.
