If you need repair, get everything in writing. Promised an estimate. Did not provide it and went ahead without authorisation, then sent a bill that was uneconomic vs. the value of the speaker. Told me 3 weeks. The repair took 7. Unapologetic. Had to get Citizens Advice involved to resolve the issue. Avoid!
