I used to regularly see Jeni for a sports massage when I worked in fitness. After a career change it’s been a good few years but I’ve just been back.All I can say is, I would not go anywhere else… she is amazing! I feel like a new woman and the fact I had to adjust my rear view mirror in my car on the way home (I’m literally taller!) just shows how much she’s helped me today. Thank you so much Jeni, round 2 in a few weeks - can’t wait xx

I was in a lot of pain with my foot / ankle. Jen was able to see me immediately. She assessed the injury and strapped my foot. This gave immediate pain relief and has helped towards the improvement of the symptoms and pain. Thank you Jen

After spending countless times and years trying to get the NHS to fix my shoulder and them not even wanting to touch it let alone work out what's wrong. Wren Holistics in 2 sessions managed to get me to be able to lift my arm above my head. Will be going back with any other problems to get them fixed. Highly recommend.

I was fortunate enough to have been bought a 90 minute session and it was so relaxing. Jeni is a lovely warm person who focuses on what you need. I had a back, shoulder & Indian head massage as I had been struggling with neck pain & it was so relaxing.I highly recommend.

After damaging my knee, I received a quick appointment time, and was very happy to be seen. My problem was swiftly diagnosed and treated, meaning I could weight bear again that day. Tape applied to aid healing, and exercises explained with a follow up appointment to come. Thanks for helping me out! Professional, put me at ease in every way, and effective treatment.
