Took it in for a service, expected it to be more, but was just under £50 total for a service, spark plug, new oil, labour and tax. Bargain. Couldn't ask for better service; well done, Mike's Bikes! You've earned yourself a new customer.

Lovely service from a female Staff Member which is why I have rated 3 star, Terrible from the chap possibly the boss. when I returned. I had already given all details of tyres and brake pads. Seemed too busy addressing a staff member and the eventually when I spoke with him said he couldn't get the parts because it's Chinese. I not had this issue anywhere in the UK before in 15yrs, its not even chinese it's Australian but most parts are same as Honda and Yamaha if I needed parts which I didn't. I Just left and went to another business down the road who took the details and booked in straight away with no problems. I have now black listed this business with our Biking Group and their sister groups so we will use the other garage and amoungst other instead.

They find fault with your vehicle when there is nothing wrong with it just to fault the MOT and make money from you

Had a gold service top of the range . Don't mind paying for a good job to be done . Lifted the bonnet . Fuel filter pipe not been connected just hanging out of the way . Air filter pipe not fitted into housing . Checked the oil only half on the dipstick. Expansion tank been topped up well over the maximum about an 1 1/2. And that's on a cold engine . I think that's poor attention to detail. Good job I checked so don't trust the rest of the work carried out . Sorry
