Ellie Mae came highly recommended by our funeral director on Canvey Island so we popped in today to order flowers for my late husband's funeral.The shop smelt absolutely amazing and they had a wonderful display of beautiful fresh flowers in a huge variety of colours and typesThe lady serving in the shop was very understanding, sincere and extremely accommodating

I ordered a boat for my dad’s funeral from my brother and I.Chelsea asked for a photo of my dad’s boat. This is what she made. It was simply unbelievable and was so big and similar to my dad’s actual boat.Everyone commented on how amazing it was.Then as we left the service, another lovely lady from the Florist (Susan) text me to offer to collect the flowers and deliver them to my mum’s house. Before the crematorium have to put them all in a skip.They’re now proudly sitting in mum’s garden.I cannot thank you all enough. Your service and kindness was not just the beautiful flowers but the care and to collect them too .Thank you from the bottom of my heart x

Ellie Mae did the flowers for my husband’s funeral. They were top quality and beautifully artistic. One tribute was a large sailing boat and everyone remarked on it, it was stunning- as were the other tributes. Such a considerate. efficient company and at really reasonable costs. Nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely use them again.

My husband ordered an arrangement with specific numbers of flowers to represent our family. The arrangement was lovely but missing one key flower, this then didn't represent our family. On contacting the florists no apologies just that flowers that were requested were used. The arrangement arrived on Friday, the flowers started to wither on the Saturday and were dead by Wednesday. 6 days! I received another arrangement from somewhere else they are still near perfect 11 days later. Both arrangements put in same room in same area. Won't be using this florist again.
