This company is excellent. From first visit Jamie gave us confidence in the work by being very precise in his measurements. He listened to us and took on board what we wanted and not what they thought was best. He gave us advice and throughout the whole process ensured we were happy with every stage of the work. They have a very good team who clean and tidy behind themselves. The standard of work is excellent and i would have no hesitation in recommending.

The owner came round gave us a price, stuck to the price and the guys did a good job on the Sofits, Fascias and Guttering. I subsequently went on to clean out the guttering where upon I found 5 damaged tiles, no-one else had been on before except myself so I knew state of roof. 5 broken tiles. Text no response so a week later spoke to Dawn. I received an aggressive response, 2 weeks later still ignored. I was polite and only wanted to leave feedback, not after recompense. Regarding ‘no-one else had been on before except myself’ I believe this may be untrue as Jamie recommended to yourself; a roofer to return and carry out works as per your request in December 2019. At the time (June 2021) of your text, we were on holiday with our children; therefor our business is closed and we action any queries on our return, as I had only returned the week of your telecom I was on catch up and back to a full schedule. I believe my response was not aggressive however agree that I was irate as I was referred to as ‘mate’ during our telecom. I would have been happy to have addressed the issue if you had given us time to. Thank you for your feedback. Everyday is a school day in our office and on site!Saying they knew i had other people on roof, this was on a detached garage so no one else on roof.. Also said i didnt give them time to respond. Text no response, they were on holiday, so i called and waited another week, so believe i gave eniugh time to respond.Genuine shame especially as i was only providing feedback, not after any form of recompense.Again work done was very good, chaps polite. Price was in middle so fair. I must be unluckyStill think a simple thanks for info, instead denial. Week after returning from holiday is enough time.To be clear i am not saying dont use them, just check afterwards.

Hanney Glazed replaced our windows and front door. They were professional from start to finish. Excellent from quote to survey. They arrived on time to start the work and left the house very clean and tidy every day. All work was completed well, no need to decorate afterwards. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend. We contacted Hanney Glazed about a new front door among other things, having recently moved house. They have a great reputation locally which they certainly lived up to in our experience.Jamie came over to measure up for our quote and I could tell from the care he took in our home that Hanney Glazed were the right choice for us.Communication was great. We were able to design the door ourselves, and Dawn made some smart suggestions that improved it.On the day Jamie and Izaac were friendly and efficient. They have done a superb job fitting the door, which has made us feel much more secure and has transformed the look of our house completely.We are absolutely delighted with the result and will definitely be in touch next year when we’ve decided what to do at the back of the house.Thank you!
