Have been in my property managed by this company for nearly 8 years now. I have had many conversations over the years with property maintenance for general repairs such as fencing or leaking taps etc which has sometimes been slow in progress but the job does get done. I do however want to express my sincere thanks to Heather in particular in this department over an ongoing issue we have been having which was progressively worsening, Heather took the time to visit my property in person and went to great lengths in discussions with my landlord and maintenance team to get a prompt resolution when I escalated to her again recently, she went out of her way to keep me posted at every stage and I am very grateful for this. It is now completely resolved and the end result has surpassed any expectations. The maintenance team that worked on our home went above and beyond when completing the job and did their best to work around me and my family.
