Asked a question through the Google messages feature about a patt I needed and got a reply within a couple of minutes saying they had it. Picked it up and great service all round. Thanks

One of their gas engineers has helped me out on two occasions when we had a leak from our water cylinder, he came out of hours to sort it and they didn't charge over the odds.

Jay arrived to install my gas hob. Very efficient, left the area as he found it, very professional. He was a true gentleman and a pleasure to have in my home. Highly recommended.

Waste of time, left a bird to die. I got recommended his business and was told he could help. Had a bird fall down the chimney and get stuck on top of a gas fire. Rang as soon as they opened and said he'd book me in and someone would come between 3.30pm and 5pm. Took time out of work and sat waiting for hours. Got to 4.50pm still nothing, rang to check when I would be expecting the engineer, said another hour... got to 5.50pm still no engineer, tried calling, straight to answer phone, gone home. All I needed was the gas fire disconnecting, so I could pull it out and save the bird. Got no updates as to whether they were coming or not, nothing, quite rude and definitely bad for business, I wouldn't trust them to carry any work out, it'd take them days to come and that's if you're lucky, just imagine if something went wrong and you'd have to get them back out, good luck. Rang someone else turned up in 20 minutes and had the bird out in 10. Simple. Luckily it was still alive.

Maybe they're good if you're in the trade. As a normal customer I found them unreliable. They don't return calls. Was told second hand replacement part would be available, it wasn't. New part ordered. Didn't come in. No call. I've had to ring 3 times in one day. Still haven't rung back. A week later and haven't heard a thing from them. Went elsewhere, paid s bit more but at least now my boiler is fixed!

Messaged late on Christmas eve as my motorised valve was faulty. messaged me back with help and full details instantly. Even said he would open the shop to help me out. Popped over this morning ( boxing day), considering ALL other suppliers were shut and expained what had gone wrong with my old faulty part. Brilliant customer service and please please try these small independant suppliers for that extta bit of service. i for one will use again regardless of driving 25 miles for the part. chhers Pal and all the best

Fantastic service, went above and beyond to supply a part for my boiler on a bank holiday weekend when everywhere else was closed. High quality part very reasonably priced.
