I've used Del for years. Likeable man with a xan do attitude. The one time it wasn't up to scratch, and we all have an off day, he was round the next day to put it right. Can't recommend highly enough.

As another reviewer pointed out below, extremely unreliable and unprofessional. Didn’t finish the job and then when chased ignored and fobbed us off. Be warned!Already got someone more reliable to do the job. Someone who responds to messages.

I don't usually write reviews but I came on to Google to recommend Window Gleam as they have been cleaning my windows for over a year now and always do a bang up job. No streaks and all the panes and sills are 'gleaming'. I was shocked by a previous review as my experience couldn't have been further from this. I've never heard of 'Jon Oakes' and as far as I know Del is the owner of the company and a really nice fella. He even asks how my family are doing and remembers things from the last visit which a nice touch for us as old timers who appreciate genuine people when coming to our home. My wife and I, highly recommend! Keep up the good work Del and see you soon. Tom and Marie Williams

Just watched a driver of one of their vans discard of the crusts of their sandwiches out of the window whilst waiting at the lights at Squirrels Heath Lane. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Would you trust a cleaning company with such blatant disregard for the cleanliness of our streets?I also couldn’t get in touch via phone and their website link doesn’t work which tells you all you need to know around the professionalism of this business. The owner can feel free to reach out if he or she wants to comment and/or see the dashcam footage of their staff behaving like four year olds in the van.
