I have to visit at least once a week for my Carvery feast and they never disappoint. The staff are always friendly and check if there is ever anything extra they can provide. 10/10 food, service and atmosphere. I always recommend people to pop in.

Came to the gingerbread man today for a carvery. It was outstanding everything on my plate was perfect. The manager was lovely and friendly. It was a lovely atmosphere staff always checking in to make sure all customers are happy. Lovely lunch out, would definitely come back again.

First time we've been for a long time.We had vegetarian carvery. Lots of choice, but unfortunately the food wasn't very warm. Cold plate and Yorkshire's are kept on a cold shelf behind the serving area.Very friendly helpful staff who deserve 5*Clean and tidy dining area.It was just the heat of the food that's let it down. And it was only 12.40 so not late!!

Paid for extra wings, got one, only had one piece of garlic bread instead of 2 and that was burnt, chicken was luke warm and dry. Given this place too many chances now. Food used to be really good here a few years ago. Got refunded that meal but that’s not the point.

We had the Mix and Match starters. They food was hot and very tasty. Very well presented and came out quite quickly. We ordered via the app which was very simple to use and navigate through. We will definitely be back and may try the carvery next time as that also looked amazing.The staff were all friendly and efficient.

It was quite quiet there it was too hot to eat, so we had the chicken and bacon salad. The carvery looked delicious and seemed to be selling well. We also had a sharing sundae for dessert. It was too much for me but hubby ate the rest.

Had an absolutely amazing time at the Princess Party this afternoon.Such friendly staff, can’t do enough for you and they are all amazing with children.They really enjoyed the food, cooked and presented lovely.The party bags were 10/10 , including a free play pass, amazing!Food & drinks were a very reasonable price, I had a hot chocolate which was delicious.Will definitely return here again

Great pub. Every meal I’ve had there has been very good.Edit ** The past couple of times I’ve been lately, the food hasn’t been great and they always get an order wrong! This is the size of their steak on the “ultimate” mixed grill, which was not cooked to how we wanted it.
