Although they were very polite when I cancelled a subscription for a friend who has dementia, when I asked him he said he had not realised he had signed up, I hope they take all precautions to make sure they are not targeting vulnerable people, they have now sent me a letter as a loyal customer I am not and do not subscribe to any publications and can only presume they contracted me though my call to them.

Customer Services - Having recieved an invitation to take part in a free lotto draw. I made contact with customer services and recieved a warm and friendly response with clear and concise helpful information (rep. Stephen). Who gided me through a process with the invitation to join a syndicate which I declined. At no time was any pressure intimated to accept that invitation. I was advised of my free lotto lines, wished luck in the future draw. Details of the lines were confirmed in a return email. All in all an enjoyable experience.

I thought I would have a go at this, the staff were extremely helpful and explained everything very clearly. So far so nothing, but that's the way the lottery goes, but you have to be in it to win it!

Both of the young men that I have spoken to were very pleasant and cheerful, the only downside of the experience was that I didn't win the lottery. Of course that wasn't their fault.Great service thanks guys

Your service is very good. Your staff are always polite and helpful, they do ask about carrying on with the lottery but always understands that when you are an OAP that you cannot afford it. Thank you for your free lottery tickets most appreciated.

I queried the fact that I was to receive free lottery entries, but when I phoned I was told that it was because I had a regular subscription to a monthly motoring magazine.Very helpful and knowledgeable person I spoke to who then sent me my free numbers. Unfortunately I didn’t win this time but here’s hoping for future entries. Cheers

Received the offer of 10 free lottery numbers and called this company to confirm acceptance. Their aim is for you to sign up to a syndicate. Although I declined the offer I found them to be very friendly, approachable and warm and there was absolutely no pressure to sign. If only everyone on the telephone was as nice!
