K & T Nails

So impressed. I was in London visiting family and was desperate to get my nails done before I came but everywhere was fully booked. I came here on a whim as I was staying just down the road.The lady who did my nails was so fast and efficient. I was thinking no one can possibly do it this fast and do a good job but she was so meticulous. I showed her a photo of a design I wanted and she did an amazing job. They looked and felt amazing. Super neat.I had them on for 4 weeks before I cracked a single nail but that was my fault. I didn’t have chance to get them removed until 6 weeks later but nothing lifted!!! That has never happened to me! Ever! They always usually lift. I Only experienced a couple of cracks from my nails being so long and I do quite hands on work.I wish I lived closer. Just had nails done today and took me 1.5 hours and they are really messy.Everyone should be going here! Thank you!

I’m so happy with service, as a mum of 2 year old I’m always in rush. So happy to finally find a place where I can do perfect nails and my eyelashes within 2 hours. Previously only eyelashes would take 2.5 hrs . Kevin has so much attention to detail and at the same time is really fast. Service is lovely and everyone are so friendly.

I gave this salon a chance when they first opened and have been going there for about 3 months.The first time I went in I was happy with my nails, hence why I continued to go to them.However, every time I went in the worse the service worsened - not greeting me when I walk in, running late with appointments, not offering even a glass of water, talking away in their language, being rough with my hands when I explained something I didn’t like... it seems they only take care of the costumers that spend the most money (from what I have seen) and even they do not get the service they deserve.I have decided to stop giving them my money this last appointment as everyone was just plain rude... I was not happy with my nails (shape, colour, everything) and the owner did not seem care whatsoever even though I had just spent £60.I have asked for them to do my nails again free or charge as I was not happy but I was only offered to pay MORE money to have them done again.The salon is nice but the staff are something else.Never going there again. Waste of money and time.

This is by far one of the worst places I have ever been to. The only good thing about it was the massage chair. The water was cold for my pedicure, both my manicure and pedicure were not done properly, nails were not fully cut, cuticles were not removed properly and my pedicure and manicure was both done within 15-20 mins which I felt was very rushed. Not worth the money, do not waste your time, this place is terrible and so are all the other nail salons on that road. Even if I was desperate I wouldn't use this place. First and last time.

I had my lashes done, paid £70 for new set classic and I look as I have hardly any lashes. I was trying to explain to the man at the start how I want then he rudely said he will not copy anyone just say how long u want them and leave it to me… I should have just left then. Lashes are uneven, I knew something was wrong when he kept adjusting the lashes with tweezers after I opened my eyes. Never again
