I have been to other massage therapists over the years, but I can honestly say that Kerrys deep tissue massage was powerful and deep, it flowed and it worked, my back for the first time in years, is not stiff, or painful, the knot in my right shoulder has gone. I felt lighter getting off the couch. I can definitely recommend her.

I'm a competitive cyclist, racing and training hard, which takes its toll on my 55 year old body. I go to Kerry for a sports massage once a week. She straightens out my knotted muscles, and I'm left feeing relaxed. She also works on minor injuries and gives general advice on injury prevention. She really is amazing, and works wonders with my old frame! Thanks to Kerry, I can push my body to its limit.

As an elite athlete Kerry understands the needs of endurance athletes like myself. As well as helping my recovery, her treatment aids injury prevention and hugely assists in treating any injuries. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I went to see Kerry for the first time yesterday due to having issues with my lower back. She instantly made me feel welcome and her enthusiasm and knowledge for what she does is obvious as soon as you meet her. A day later my back is feeling much better and I had the best sleep I’ve had for a long time without being woken by back pain! Thanks Kerry!

Having had numerous sports massage for years I can safely say that KL massage is the best in terms of professionalism, expertise and the ability to adapt the treatment to my needs. It's amazing how Kerry is able to identify and treat specific muscular problems during the massage using the latest techniques. Being able to provide home treatment is also a real bonus. I can't recommend her enough.
