Not good, looks like new people have taken over ( at least temporarily ) the food was not up to the usual good standard, very bland food, that was almost cold. I don’t think I’ll be returning until things have improved.

Second time ordering chips here and the first time I just thought it was a bad batch but this is my second time and I’m quite annoyed because the majority had to be binned. The chips are so old and hard as if they’ve been cooked days before and just reheated. Really not pleased because I hardly have a takeaway due to many reasons so when I do it’s a treat. The chicken in black bean sauce was fine and fresh just the chips are horrible!

Love Jade House been going there for years. Never let us down. Always great standard of food. We no longer live near. But when we cissy family we grab a take away to take home with us

After our local Chinese retired,we tried numerous Chinese takeaway..none came up to our local one until we tried Jade House.. food fantastic,quick service,very pleasant staff,great price.we have found our new local and we won't be going anywhere else.

Returning after a few years, the experience was a mixed bag. The chow mein was a letdown, with an unexpected sweetness that seemed more like added sugar than natural flavours from the onions. Surprisingly, I've whipped up better at home. On the positive side, the egg-fried rice met expectations, providing a satisfactory balance. The sweet and sour chicken balls were decent, but the chicken's texture leaned towards the tough side. Overall, a somewhat underwhelming return, with room for improvement.

Ordered chicken chowmin land beef chowmain from here and it was absolutely dry to the bone chips like cardboard not sure whether this is just them dishes that are like that but twice now had them and were dry meat was like rubber won't be visiting here again
